Shopping with Velour
These terms apply to purchases and use of velourperfume.com. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Products and fragrance information
Check the product name, size, concentration and contents before ordering. Product descriptions explain the intended scent profile. Fragrance perception and performance vary with skin, weather, application and storage; descriptions and customer experiences are not a guarantee of a particular number of hours.
Images illustrate products and packaging. Display settings can affect colour appearance. Where a description refers to an inspiration fragrance, the product sold is the Velour item identified on the page; references do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by another brand.
Prices, availability and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Review the product price, any applicable tax or delivery charges, and the final total at checkout before paying. Offers apply only under their displayed conditions. Product availability and prices may change for future orders.
Use only the payment methods offered at checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your request. If an item is unavailable or an order contains a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you to resolve it, including cancellation and an eligible refund where appropriate. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.
Your order details
Provide an accurate delivery address, PIN code, email and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if something needs correcting. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible. Keep account credentials private and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.
Delivery, cancellation and product issues
Shipping estimates and tracking information are explained in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation requests must reach us before dispatch, as described in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
For a visibly damaged or incorrect delivery, contact us promptly, preferably within 48 hours, with your order number and supporting photographs. Manufacturing-defect concerns should be reported when discovered. Verification, return instructions, replacements and eligible refunds are handled under the published policy and applicable law.
Safe use
Perfumes are for external use only. Avoid eyes, broken or irritated skin, heat and flames. Keep out of reach of children. Stop use if irritation occurs and follow any safety directions on the product. Do not ingest.
Reviews and website use
Reviews should reflect your own experience. Do not submit fabricated reviews, unlawful content or another person’s private information. Moderation may remove spam, abuse or unrelated material; a critical opinion alone is not a reason to suppress a genuine review. A verified-owner label is used only when a purchase can be linked to the reviewer.
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt its security or services. Velour branding, photographs and site content may not be reused commercially without permission or another lawful basis.
