Where we deliver
Velour Perfume delivers within India, subject to courier serviceability at your PIN code. Enter a complete address, PIN code and reachable phone number when ordering.
Shipping charges
We currently offer free standard shipping across India. Any different delivery option or additional charge, if offered, will be shown before you complete checkout.
Delivery estimate
Our current estimated delivery time is 5–6 working days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Order confirmation, payment checks, destination, public holidays and courier disruptions can affect timing. Contact us before ordering if you need a fragrance for a specific occasion.
Products marked “Coming soon” are not available to order until ordering is enabled. We do not treat a launch-update request as a paid order or a reservation.
Dispatch and tracking
Once your order is dispatched and tracking details are available, you can follow the courier’s delivery updates. Visit Track Your Order. To look up your website order, use the Velour order number and billing email; a courier tracking number is a separate reference.
If tracking has not updated or delivery takes longer than expected, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.
Address changes and delivery attempts
Tell us about an incorrect address as soon as possible, before dispatch. Changes after dispatch depend on the courier and may not be possible. Keep your phone available for courier contact and check the tracking details for attempted deliveries.
If a parcel is refused or returned as undeliverable, contact us to discuss the next steps. Any eligible refund or applicable logistics charges are handled under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Damaged, incorrect or missing deliveries
Inspect your parcel promptly. Photograph visibly damaged packaging and retain the product, labels and packaging while a claim is being checked. Report visible damage or an incorrect product preferably within 48 hours, with your order number and clear photographs. An unboxing video can help, but is not the only evidence accepted.
If tracking says “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, contact us promptly. See our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full claims process. These requests do not limit rights available under applicable law.
